Soup with chicken
  • 1 chicken
  • 3 pimento seeds
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 piece of celeriac
  • 250 g letter noodles
Place chicken, onion, allspice seeds, bay leaf and cloves in a large pot and fill with water. Cook for at least an hour, turning the chicken occasionally. Cut carrots and celeriac into smaller cubes. Set the cooked chicken aside on a plate and remove the spices and onion from the broth. Add the noodles as well as the vegetables to the broth and cook for about 8 minutes. Meanwhile, take the chicken apart and scoop out the meat. Cut the meat into small pieces and add to the soup, bring to a boil briefly.
Potato-carrot-vegetable
  • 4 potatoes (floury)
  • 4 carrots
  • a little butter
Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots. Put both in a pot, cover with water and boil until both are firm to the bite. Drain potatoes and carrots, add butter and stir in. Plate the potato-carrot vegetables and mash with a fork.
Pasta with vegetable-cheese sauce
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 6 cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 tsp processed cheese
  • 150 g pasta
Peel and rinse carrots, rinse zucchini and slice both carrots and zucchini as sticks. Wash and dice cocktail tomatoes. Sauté carrot and zucchini sticks in a little olive oil or butter for about 5 minutes, then add water and cook for about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and processed cheese and cook again for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted and vegetables are cooked. Cook pasta or spaetzle until soft and serve with the vegetable and cheese sauce.

Waffles without sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 125 g soft wheat semolina
  • 3 eggs
  • 2-3 apples or 2 bananas or
  • 190 g fruit puree
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1/2 sachet baking powder
  • vanilla
Beat eggs with soft butter and add semolina, flour, milk, baking powder and vanilla. Grate in apple and add banana or fruit puree. Mix everything into a dough and then let the dough sit for about 30 minutes. Then bake the dough in a waffle iron.
Baby cookies without sugar
  • 175 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 5 tbsp oat flakes, tender
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 tbsp soft butter
  • optional: grating of an organic lemon or some vanilla pulp
Knead all ingredients to a smooth dough. Form small balls from the dough and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the balls with a fork. Bake at 175 degrees top/bottom heat for about 15 minutes.
